ABOUT
ORIGINS OF EASC
This new multidisciplinary course teaches the management of patients presenting with emergency abdominal conditions to acute hospital. The inaugural EASC was held at the Donegal Clinical Research Academy, Ireland in May 2012. The initial premise for this course was to focus on decision making in patients with common emergencies in a multidisciplinary learning approach
STRATEGY OF THIS COURSE
Designed by Donegal Clinical Research Academy, this course in conjunction with World Leaders in Emergency Surgery developed strategy based upon probability, decision making and surgical technique. This practical approach is supplemented by the latest International medical literature.
